A place to make pottery

Minneapolis Pottery Studio is a community pottery studio in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, near Minneapolis.

We offer one-time, monthly, and 6-week pottery classes in handbuilding and wheel throwing.

We also offer pottery studio memberships on a monthly basis.

All levels of experience are welcome and invited to join.

  • Pottery Classes

    We offer classes for potters of every level, from beginner to advanced. Taught by experienced potters, our classes focus on pottery wheel techniques, handbuilding, and glazing. We also offer 1-day pottery classes.

  • Studio Membership

    Members enjoy 24/7 access to Minneapolis Pottery Studio in Saint Louis Park, near Highway 100 and Highway 7. Unlimited time to refine your craft. Available on a month-to-month basis.

  • Clay & Tool

    We offer clay bodies, ceramic supplies, and pottery tools, including our own line of pottery tools and bags.

Two types of Membership

Pottery Class Offerings

Looking for a new hobby? Join us for a pottery class and learn to throw on the potter's wheel in one of our 6-week classes. Classes meet for 6 weeks, 2.5-hours each week for a total of 15 hours of guided instruction. You'll also have access the studio anytime outside of class to practice and finish your work. Clay, tools, and aprons are all included in registration.
